I checked out 'develop' on the top level directory, which did not affect
the subdirectory 'libs/preprocessor'.
After checking out 'develop' in 'libs/preprocessor' I can see your changes
now.
Seems I did not understand the organization of the boost source tree at
once. So, please, forgive me. I just posted the comment in order to
prevent a glitch making its way into boost sources.
