 Please stop filing this bug. Long ago, something changed in Boost.Random
 and several Accumulator tests started failing. It's not actually a bug (I
 don't think), just a bad assumption in the test about tolerances and
 pseudo-random distribution. I've never had time to fix it. I should
 probably just comment this test out or mark it as a known failure.
