 I've found this bug report after finding that I couldn't build
 boost_serialization in my project, due to errors in shared_ptr_helper.cpp.
 My system is VS2013 (Update 4) on Windows 7 and I've got
 boost_serialization through NuGet.

 After seeing this bug report, I've tested older versions of
 boost_serialization and found that version 1.55.0.10 builds fine, but
 versions 1.56 and greater don't.
