#11586: Webcheck result is outdated: Remove or update

 http://www.boost.org/development/webcheck/about.html says:

 {{{
 This report was generated on Fri May 24 12:09:58 2013, a total of 1101
 links were found.
 }}}

 I suggest that either:

 (1) Updates are run, e.g. "/common/code/update-daily.sh" is executed. (If
 that file has 'daily' in it's name, shouldn't the last execution be more
 recent than that?)

 (2) Webcheck is removed, as "no overview" is sometimes better than
 "outdated, wrong, and possibly buggy overview that isn't regularily
 sanity-checked let alone proofed against exploits/features". Also,
 webcheck seems to be orphaned, as their site reports the last activity to
 have been on 2013-12-15:
