 I'm sorry that I made a mistake in the previous post.

 This is the updated conclusion:
 "I think the variable state.shared_waiting in shared_mutex.hpp couldn't be
 decreased/reset properly when a shared_mutex is being used for both
 shared_lock and upgrade_lock"
