 Thanks for the report: unfortunately I know of no one around here who has
 access to vxWorks to investigate this.

 I see from comments in vxworks.hpp that this was designed to work with
 6.9.  However, it seems some of the workarounds present in there are
 perhaps no longer needed.  Have there been updates to the vxworks system
 headers without a version bump perhaps?

 Which is really my way of saying we're going to need patches to do
 anything about this - the problematic workarounds in vxworks.hpp should be
 fairly obvious.  Try compiling libs/config/test/config_test.cpp as the
 main test case.
