Comment:

 The use of BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT is no longer recommended.

 Use BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT_KEY and BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT_IMPLEMENT instead.
 These were invented specifically to address this problem.  It's in the
 documentation.
