Comment (by igaztanaga):

 Those are the only classes in the MSVC STL that are marked with that bug-
 fixing pragma. It's related to virtual inheritance, and only ios classes
 use that type of inheritance. We can't be 100% sure, but I'm pretty
 confident about that.
