The attached file is a simple example. A set is created with the number 0
and two insertions are performed afterwards. The first one works, but the
second one fails. The second one uses ordered_range_t.
This worked in earlier releases of Boost. I'm not sure when it failed to
work, but I think I updated from 1.55 to 1.59.
