 Using boost for linux.
 1. include/boost/detail/named_template_params.hpp
 2. include/boost/lexical_cast/lexical_cast_old.hpp
 Both include ice.hpp even though this header is deprecated.

 Note: I've reported for the version 1.60 which I've got installed on my
 Archlinux. I've also checked github master branch and the deprecated
 header is still included.
