 I notice that BOOST_HAS_INT128 is not defined (which surprises me
 actually).  Two more questions:

 * What's the processor architecture?
 * What are the command line args to GCC which trigger the error?
 * Is {{{__SIZEOF_INT128__}}} defined when building?

 OK, so that's 3 questions - sorry!
