 I see that previously, libs/log/build/Jamfile.v2 had '-D_XOPEN_SOURCE=500'
 defined. That seems to work.
 The change to '-D_XOPEN_SOURCE=600' is causing the failure when compiling
 with Oracle Solaris Studio 12.5.
