 Please may I request the addition of type traits to the `lexical_cast`
 library which allow users to determine whether some type `T` can be
 `lexical_cast`ed?

 More specifically, it might be worth providing different traits to allow
 users to separately determine whether a type is ostreamable or
 istreamable.

 I think this would be a useful addition to the library.
