Hello,
The Boost.Thread docs mention make_exceptional_future once regarding the
launch policy. Unfortunately, this function is missing in the "Futures
reference" section.
Possibly one could also add a note that make_exceptional_future() is a
replacement for the deprecated function make_ready_future(exception_ptr).
