 Boost comes badly for cygwin. Mainly is assumes that cygwin is Windows
 environment where cygwin does everything to be as close as possible to
 linux.
 I found here what cygwin people do each time they want to compile boost
 for cygwin:
 https://github.com/cygwinports/boost

 Could we integrate those patches to boost so that boost comes ready to be
 compiled in the future?
