 As I understand, there's currently no way to find out Boost.Test version
 without running any tests. --build_info works only if at least one test
 gets to be run. But for unit test runners to work around bugs like broken
 --report_sink/--log_sink in Boost 1.62, it's necessary to know Boost
 version to construct a valid command line.
