 Thanks. I can't really answer your questions regarding missing fenv.h /
 FE_ALL_EXCEPT and BOOST_FPE_OFF. A standards compliant env should provide
 both, but of course FE_ALL_EXCEPT may be 0.

 I am not an expert on boost so I need some more information on what you
 want me to test please. Without my patch it doesn't compile on my
