 When compiling Boost from master, I'm getting

 ./boost/mpi/detail/mpi_datatype_primitive.hpp:28:51: fatal error:
 boost/serialization/detail/get_data.hpp: No such file or directory
  #include <boost/serialization/detail/get_data.hpp>

 (see [1]).

 Indeed, there doesn't seem to be a `get_data.hpp` in the serialization
 package (anymore?).
