 I have seen that even big opensource projects like e.g. QGIS (qgis.org)
 are still using Boost 1.55 (two years old) and do not update to newer
 Boost versions - the question is if the reason is also related to this bug
 (breaking Visual Studio builds with Boost newer than 1.55)
