Boost.Thread is not std::thread.
If you have a portable way to provide this feature, please provide a patch
or a github PR.
Modified as feature request as this was not an original feature of
Boost.Thread. At least I don't remember nothing on the documentation.
Is this feature provided by Boost.Thread for other platforms compilers?
