 Yes, with `BOOST_NO_FENV_H` set by the patch, version 1.63.0 of boost and
 the test module updated to commit 6f0d88ca9db00b449a795afa3218b815fe8c01b0
 compiles for that toolchain.

 I would say it is best to check for fenv.h, instead of depending on macro
 definition. But I do not know the boost build system...
