 Sugested build steps are:
 Go to the directory tools\build\.
 1. Run bootstrap.bat
 2. Run b2 install --prefix=PREFIX where PREFIX is the directory where you
 want 3. Boost.Build to be installed
 4. Add PREFIX\bin to your PATH environment variable.

 However at step 3 I get an error. The detailed log is attached
