 The include paths:
 #include <boost/thread/serial_executor.hpp>
 #include <boost/thread/generic_serial_executor.hpp>

 in the reference are wrong. It should be thread/executors.

 Besides for generic_serial_executor the destructor title says "Destructor
 ~serial_executor()" which is wrong. Besides some methods are not described
 at all.
