 I encountered the same issue. When I defined
 BOOST_THREAD_HAS_CONDATTR_SET_CLOCK_MONOTONIC ,
 boost::this_thread::sleep_for blocks indefinitely. Is there any patch for
 this issue? I use boost 1.63.
