under section 1 there is a download link.
In Section 2 it mentions a directory structure and claims that there is a
"lib" dir in the boost root dir. However there is no "lib" dir with pre-
compiled binaries, that only seems to be included with the Windows binary
downloads and not in the file/download mentioned in Section 1.
Might want to change the wording in the guide to match how things are now.
