 I am still getting the error when building 1_65_0 using either MiunGW
 5.1.0 or MinGW GCC 7.1.0 to compile the library. No matter what falvour
 (32 or 64 bit) I can't build libserialization and all dependend libs
 therefore. :-(

 A heads-up statement would be very nice, maybe there is a solution presnt
 I fail to find?
