 If BOOST_ASSERT_CONFIG is defined, Boost 1.65.1 cannot be compiled with
 gcc 4.9.4, even though that gcc version is listed unter 'Compilers
 Tested'.

 boost/config/compiler/gcc.hpp, line 342 (as of boost 1.65.1) explicitly
 checks for 4.9.0, which it probably shouldn't.
