 simply it does:

 1, cmd.exe
 2, cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual
 Studio\2017\Enterprise\VC\Auxiliary\Build"
 3, vcvars64.bat
 4, cd C:\boost_1651     (that is where i unpack boost)
 5, bootstrap.bat
 6, b2.exe
