 I just tried to create a new ticket. It had external links so I was forced
 to a captcha. I tried the captcha about 6 times and then gave up. It's
 quite possible I'm very bad at captcha but I didn't think I was *that*
 bad.

 Also, it's very vexing to lose all the text you've just crafted. Please
 can the captcha pages include the plain text you're trying to submit below
 the captcha?
