Boost Test help describes option to get colored output.
When using --color_output=yes or -x on the command line I get colored
output as expected, but the help also describes an environment variable
BOOST_TEST_COLOR_OUTPUT. This does not seem to work, and a quick glance at
the code doesn't seem to show this string used anywhere other than the
 documentation options.
