Whatever CMake generates for the command-lines. (Rarely does anyone type
command-lines with VS.)
http://github.com/LegalizeAdulthood/cpp-koans is the code. I've since
switched to Catch2 as it is much less hassle for people to use.
The last commit using Boost.Test is
