 I fill out the preferences and do the "Issues I reported" report, but
 instead I get issues filed by Niall Douglas.  If you look at the URL
 generated by the redirect:

 https://svn.boost.org/trac10/query?status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&reporter=~ned14&col=id&col=summary&col=status&col=type&col=milestone&col=component&order=priority&report=49

 The URL before redirect is

 https://svn.boost.org/trac10/report/49

 This makes it really difficult to find issues I have reported.
