 For some reason one of my windows boxes fails to build boost, I've
 attached the logs. The error is when it tries to create the bin.ntx86 dir:

 [MKDIR] bin.ntx86
 A subdirectory or file bin.ntx86 already exists.

     md "bin.ntx86"
