 Hi,

 this function has been removed in commit
 https://github.com/boostorg/program_options/commit/110772c0ac672ef2972d251886215bb89933bf00

 It was part of the detail namespace, and Boost convention is that content
 of the detail namespace should not be relied on and can be changed without
 warnings. Did that cause any problems?
