prebuilt jam exec's

I've uploaded the prebuilt jamboost executables to the sourceforge site 
for aix, irix, linuxx86 and solaris. I guess vladimir and/or dave can 
upload the windows exec. I've also changed the links on the wiki and 
deleted the executables in the files section. Should there also be any 
information in the 'official boost documentation' i.e. not only on the 
wiki but also in the build system documentation. I figure most people 
don't look at the wiki since regularly problems have been reported by 
users when compiling jam and did not know about the prebuilts.
