Hmm... It's already hyperlinked. Am I missing something?

I've uniformly changed "Jam" to "Boost.Jam" per one of Dave's suggestions.

Done. That's good, too, as I like the idea of giving Perforce credit for 
their effort.

The changes have now been checked into CVS.
