Merge progress

I believe that I've merged all the essential changes from Perforce Jam 
to source files. Please refer to the log message for two remaining issues:

I am not 100% sure that nothing is broken, but at least status/Jamfile and 
some my projects behave as expected. I did not tried to merge 
Jambase/Jam.html, and is very unlikely to do it. 

It would be very good if the merged version is played with by others 
before we move on.
