It's quite simple: part of filesys.h became pathsys.h with FILENAME changed 
to PATHNAME, file_build changed to path_build etc. But it caused almost every 
file to be changed. 

Since I've forgotten about filent.c, it can be assumed that os2, vms and mac 
are broken, unless somebody with access to those systems will check. 
Sourceforge's compile farm doesn't have any of them...
