It's all right by me of cause! Since we're quite a small team and have other 
things to do, having primary author for each file which will govern access to 
it will just hinder developement. 

Althought plan to work futher on project.jam, I'd appreciate if you'll help 
with making it use your crawl-up routines. Feel free to eliminate whatever 
duplicate functionality there is in project.jam. One small note: in order to 
find parent project, crawl-up with limit different from filesystem root is 
performed. I'm don't know if your code support it, but it should be simple.

Concerning tests.... well there is but one test. I've posted a link to it in 
another message.
