Minimum functionality to me is that at least one vertical slice of the code
is working. Having a single target type working, with a single compiler,
seems like a reasonable slice to tackle.
Maybe getting "exe" working with "gcc" is simple enough? Don't know what you
guys usualy use for a compiler though.
