Yes, just overwhelmed. But starting to catch up.

I've just updated version.hpp on branch RC_1_28_0.

Jamrules has already been updated; someone beat me to it.

What should the version number in the three files (index.htm, Jamrules, and 
boost/version.hpp) be set to in the main trunk?
