Dave are you planning on adding the rest of the docs for the individual
toolsets?

I made time tonight to work on finishing the docs. But I'd like to know
which ones not to work on so we don't redo work.

So far the following are missing:

intel-win32-tools.html
intel-linux-tools.html
kcc-tools.html
metrowerks-tools.html
mingw-tools.html
msvc-tools.html
msvc-stlport-tools.html
tru64cxx-tools.html
vacpp-tools.html
vc7-tools.html

variables.html; I need to clean this up, and add a link to it someplace
(probably in index.html).

And...

Should tru64cxx65-tools have it's own page, or share a page with tru64cxx as
you have it now?
