Modify boost[.python] to use 64-bit file operations [in that case].
I.e. include wrap_python.hpp first, huh?
Or exclude <cstddef> from config.hpp - I see no use of it in that file.

I'm not so familiar with boost.python [yet ;)] to solve that.
