Boost-Build :

I'd like to submit an updated mipspro-tools.jam, including support
for selecting between 32-bit and 64-bit compilation, however I have
some questions.

MIPSpro has lots of options that control platform-specific as well as
processor-specific optimizations. The `architecture' feature seems
like it would be useful for that purpose. The choice of which ABI
to use (32-bit or 64-bit in this case) and which instruction set to
use (support for r4k in this case) don't fit into that category. Right
now I'm still using separate features, `sgi-abi' and `sgi-isa', to
specify those. Is this ok, or is it too much polution of the feature
namespace?

Secondly, with the addition of logic to decide which system library
paths to use based on the ABI and ISA, its not convenient to support
the MIPSPRO_STDLIB_DIRECTORY variable as it is currently documented.
As far as I can tell, people needing this functionality can set
MIPSPRO_ROOT_DIRECTORY and override the bin and include directories
with the other variables if necessary. Is it ok if I drop support for
MIPSPRO_STDLIB_DIRECTORY?
