Creating relative path

Hi,

Given two paths 

"../../erg/mogrify"
"../frobnicate"

Is there any way to determine the relative path mogrify <-> frobnicate?.

On unix I use [ FDirName $(PWD) "path" ] to create a rooted paths that work 
with FRelPath. This does not work on windows as $(PWD) is not rooted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
