FYI: Intel seems a little confused about this one: The upper message
is the latest one.
I apologize. The default for the 6.0 compiler is ON for -tpp6. The
documentation is being updated.

The default should be OFF. I have reported the documentation
contradiction to the compiler team. I will let you know when I get
