Good, we've agreed. Change to this new set of feature attributes is gonna to 
have major impact on code, and since you have little time, I think I can do 
it, as well as documenting the change in user docs. I still want from you a 
motivation for applying non-propagated properties from command line only to 
directly requested targets.
