Ok, I tried a couple of things and it seems that if I don't use the C:/boost_
1_28_0/tools/build/new directory then it gets through the initialization
phase. But I assume I that 'new' is synonymous with v2 and that I am not
using v2 anymore then. Right?

How can I get this to work with v2?
