msvc-tools archive action

Hi

The msvc archive action adds an existing lib to the link input files. While 
this is neccessary as long as all object files get deleted after being put in 
the archive, I can't see the neccessity when all object files get relinked 
everytime as it is done in msvc-tools. The current behaviour causes me 
constant trouble as new code doensn't make it in the archive i.e. source and 
binary get out of sync.

What did I miss ?
