I was just running my usual Boost.Python test cases, with:
bjam -sBUILD=debug-python -sTOOLS=<more-than-you-can-count> test
and I noticed something very strange. After building all the tests I
expected, it started building subvariants with <debug-symbols>off,
which isn't something I explicitly requested anywhere, AFAICT.

Rene, is there any chance this is a new thing having to do with the
<tag> stuff?
